In Fall 2006, more than 5,818 UTSA majors called the College of Liberal and Fine Arts home, and we are proud that you have chosen to be a part of this special academic community.

COLFA teaches one-third of all the semester credit hours produced at UTSA.

UTSA's most academically diverse college, COLFA provides the liberal arts core of the University's undergraduate experience through coursework in the arts, humanities, and social sciences and offers 19 undergraduate and 11 graduate degree programs. The College's first Ph.D. program - in English - was approved by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board on April 18, 2002 .
